Career Guidance


Career Guidance assessments are aimed at Grade 11/12 learners who are beginning to think about and plan towards a career choice.
A Career Guidance Assessment uses a battery of psychometric assessments to determine the learner's ability, interest and personality. The results this assessment can help guide the learner towards possible career options which are suited to their strengths and interests, and align with their matric school subjects.
Career Guidance Assessment uses the following standardised tests:
Self-Directed Search (SDS)
South African Vocational Interest Inventory (SAVII)
Career Development Questionnaire (CDQ)
Jung Personality Interest Questionnaire (JPI-Q)
The assessment includes:
Intake Interview (0.5hrs - conducted on the day of testing)
Psychometric Testing (1.5hrs)
Comprehensive Report
Feedback Session (conducted online -1hr, scheduled 1-2 weeks post testing)
Rates
R3000.00 - this is inclusive of all of the above outlined in the assessment process
